5. Safe Driving Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability) Teeran Tech manufactures wireless connectivity adapters designed to enhance your in-car experience by eliminating dashboard cables. However, the driver is solely and legally responsible for operating the vehicle safely. You explicitly agree not to interact with the device, your smartphone, or the vehicle’s infotainment system in any way that distracts you from driving safely. Teeran Tech, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any accidents, physical injuries, property damages, or legal infractions resulting from distracted driving or the misuse of our products.

6. Wholesale and B2B Partnership Terms Authorized wholesale partners purchasing from Teeran Tech are bound by our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of $999 USD. Furthermore, partners must strictly adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to maintain global brand integrity. Reselling Teeran products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart) without prior written authorization from our B2B sales team is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the wholesale account.

7. Governing Law and Severability These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial laws. In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
