Return & Refund Policy

1. Our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Guarantee At Teeran Tech, we stand entirely behind the engineering and quality of our wireless auto adapters. However, we understand that vehicle compatibility can sometimes be complex. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the adapter is ultimately incompatible with your vehicle’s factory infotainment system, you have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund or a product exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns To be eligible for a successful return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
• All original accessories, including USB-A/USB-C cables, user manuals, and protective films, must be included in the return box.
• Exclusions: Items that display obvious signs of physical abuse, drop damage, water damage, or unauthorized dismantling will absolutely not be accepted for a refund.

3. The Step-by-Step Return Process (RMA) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without authorization. Follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact our dedicated customer support team at contact@theteeran.com. You must provide your exact Order Number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
• Step 2: If your return request is approved, our team will provide you with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact warehouse address for return shipping.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Processing Your Refund Once your return is physically received at our warehouse and inspected by our quality assurance team (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will send you an email notification.

• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal account, or original method of payment.
• Late or Missing Refunds: Bank processing times vary. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to officially post to your account. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please contact your credit card company and your bank before reaching out to us.

5. Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees

• Defective/Incompatible Units: If the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, Teeran Tech will happily cover the return shipping costs.
• Buyer’s Remorse: If the return is simply due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product variant, or no longer needing the item, the customer is strictly responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
